Instant Help for Giving Feedback is for managers of all levels. 

Many companies have enrolled employees who give feedback to peers and clients vs. direct reports.

The total video time is about 70 minutes. Enrollees can expect to dedicate about 15-25 minutes per week and aim to complete within 3 weeks. p.s. speeding the videos up is an option :) 

All cohorts have the option to kick-off live with course creator, Cecilia Gorman. In that 15-minute session, she provides expectations and logistics regarding enrollment.

We allow you to swap names if an enrollee leaves within 30 days and has not started their course.

Of course, if you are unsatisfied with anything, we’d be happy to refund any enrollment fees prior to a student’s completion of 20% of the course.
