Manager Boot Camp is for managers of all levels. From new in their position to years under their belt, all who enroll will gain thoughtful guidance on how to build and boost their leadership impact.

Many companies have enrolled employees who oversee projects and clients vs. direct reports, as well as employees who are showing promise in their ability to eventually lead a team. 

Manager Boot Camp is known for its time efficiency. Enrollees can expect to dedicate between 20-30 minutes per week, which can be split up into smaller time increments. 

All enrollees are invited to a live kick-off meeting with course creator, Cecilia Gorman. In that 25-minute session, she provides expectations and logistics regarding the students’ enrollment. As well, all enrollees are invited to two hour-long live group coaching calls during their 8-week enrollment.

We allow you to swap names if an enrollee leaves within 30 days and has not started their course.

Of course. If you are unsatisfied with Manager Boot Camp, we’d be happy to refund any enrollment fees prior to a student’s completion of 20% of the course. 

It’s easy to enroll your managers. Set up a call with Cecilia to confirm your cohort size and other team details. The moment you confirm your cohort’s participation, you’ll choose one of our monthly kick-off dates and times and enrollees will be invited to the official live session. 

We track and nudge all Boot Campers to make sure each enrollee is on track. You will receive a copy of your team’s progress showing their completion percentages every 2 weeks.

All students who reach 100% completion receive a certification. As well, we provide finisher badges and course completion social graphics for students to promote their commitment to their development once they are done with the course.

Upon enrollment confirmation, you will be given access to our HR Resource Pack portal that contains all your enrollment and engagement materials, including discussion guides, tips for on-site immersion and ways to boost course completion rates. We find that the most successful cohorts engage in supplementary discussion sessions while enrolled.
